What Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide our services. Depending on which product you use, this may include:

Account Information: Name, email address, and organization name provided at signup or through Google authentication.

HubSpot Portal Data (Credentials App): HubSpot portal ID and OAuth access tokens required to connect our app to your HubSpot account. We do not store your HubSpot contact, company, or CRM data on our servers.

Billing Information: Plan type and renewal dates. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers.

Usage Data: Basic usage information such as which features are used, to improve our services.

Device Permissions (Mobile Apps): Camera, GPS, and NFC as described below.

JobHog Credentials — HubSpot Integration Only

This section applies only to JobHog Credentials. No other JobHog product connects to or requires HubSpot.

The only data we store on our servers related to your HubSpot account is:

• Your HubSpot portal ID (a numeric identifier)
• OAuth access and refresh tokens (encrypted, used solely to make authorized API calls on your behalf)
• Your plan tier and renewal date
• Billing email address

We use your HubSpot OAuth tokens exclusively to read and write data within your HubSpot portal as authorized by you during installation. We do not share, sell, or use your HubSpot data for any other purpose.

When you uninstall the app, your credential data remains in your HubSpot portal as your property. You may delete it there at any time.

JobHog Fleet — Mobile App Permissions

You are free to allow or prohibit the following permissions depending on the features you wish to use:

CAMERA is used for taking images of assets and scanning barcodes and QR codes. Images are stored within your account only and are never shared with third parties.

NFC allows reading and writing NFC tags with asset information. NFC data is never shared or distributed to third-party vendors.

GPS / LOCATION is used only at the moment of scanning an asset to record where it was last scanned. GPS data is never shared or distributed to third-party vendors and is only visible to authorized users within your account.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process transactions and manage your subscription
• Send service-related communications (receipts, renewal notices, support responses)
• Authenticate your identity and secure your account
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Third-Party Service Providers

We work with a small number of trusted third-party providers who assist in operating our services:

• HubSpot — CRM platform integration for the Credentials app
• Google — Authentication services (Google Sign-In)
• Stripe — Payment processing (when billing is active)
• Apple App Store / Google Play — Mobile app distribution

These providers are granted access only to the information necessary to perform their specific functions and are obligated to protect your information in accordance with applicable law.

Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal obligations. Specifically:

• Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure
• HubSpot OAuth tokens are deleted upon app uninstall or account cancellation
• Billing records are retained as required for tax and legal compliance

Security

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encrypted storage of OAuth tokens, HTTPS-only communication, and access controls on our systems.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your information using commercially reasonable standards.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your information
• Data portability (where applicable)
